Charter Hotel Telford

The location was great, but the noise from the food outlets was annoying.

It was centrally located, perfect for what we needed, though it got noisy sometimes.

The guy at reception was very helpful and even recommended the food across the road, which was lovely; I will be staying again.

The staff was super friendly and listened to my problem, giving direct solutions without complaining; if I visit this hotel again, the reason will be the staff.

“Refund promised but no refund.”

I didn’t feel safe at the location because there were no deadbolts or secondary locks on the doors; as a young female traveling alone, the receptionist on the front desk said she would cancel and refund, which seemed understanding and helpful, yet weeks later I still hadn’t received a refund.
