The service was excellent.

The hotel offered a full range of services and was open 24/7, with very good organization, but the air conditioning either was missing or didn’t work, so they used fans; the building felt a bit old, the bathrooms were awkwardly shaped, night-time external noises often disrupted sleep, some guests behaved as they pleased, and there was little surveillance to keep unruly guests in check.

The pools were a highlight, but the rooms themselves were in need of upkeep.

The view was beautiful and there were restaurants nearby, but when I came back to my room the air smelled like cigarette smoke from an unknown source and the bed had a slight musty odor; the beach was a bit cold, maybe because it was the rainy season.

The location was quiet and the pool was spacious, with an adult-only area and a depth of more than 3 meters.
