I was blown away by the beauty of this place and the exceptional service I received. The food was truly spectacular and a highlight of my stay. However, I did find the signage to be a bit lacking, which made it tricky to navigate.

I had a truly exceptional stay at this hotel, thanks to the outstanding hospitality of the hosts who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. The location was perfect, offering breathtaking views and opportunities to witness whales and dolphins in their natural habitat. We enjoyed delicious meals prepared by the hosts, who were warm and caring, and even had the chance to explore the surrounding jungle and coast on a 5-hour hike, feeling like we had the entire area to ourselves.

From the moment I made my reservation, the communication was top-notch - I even received a WhatsApp with directions to ensure I didn't get lost on the way. The hosts welcomed me warmly and showed me around this stunning property, complete with a breathtaking whale-watching experience (I know it wasn't part of the service, but it was a lovely bonus!). The breakfast and dinner were delicious, and I enjoyed sharing laughs with the hosts and their dog, Huinca.

The domes at this hotel were visually stunning, but unfortunately, our visit coincided with some changes to the access to Parque Nacional Alerce Costero, which meant we couldn't visit el gran Abuelo as planned. However, we were able to rent a car and explore other parts of the region, including Osorno, where we had a great experience. It's worth noting that the tree can only be visited on Thursdays to Sundays, so be sure to plan accordingly.
