The place was clean, stylish, fully equipped, relaxing, with nice amenities and a quiet vibe; there’s a food court on the ground floor so dinner isn’t an issue. However, there was no hair dryer, the 14,000‑yen price with breakfast felt a bit steep even on weekdays, and while the lack of a bathtub or terrestrial TV isn’t a deal‑breaker, there were no Netflix or Dazone accounts, leaving only free TV like TVer available.

The staff were friendly and the overall vibe was nice. It’s disappointing that there’s no bathtub and the TV doesn’t work.

The food was the highlight of my stay – it was the main reason I chose this hotel. Unfortunately, that's where the positives ended.

The hotel's location was perfect for the live event I attended, but the check-in process was a bit confusing. There were no signs to indicate where to go, and I had to ask at the reception desk about breakfast reservations, which wasn't clear on the website. Luckily, the staff were helpful and sorted it out for me.
