“Great location ,amazing views - food and bar was excellent”

The location was breathtaking, but the weather was so cold that it somewhat ruined the experience. The front desk was always busy, so I had to ask other staff members for help.

“Für Durchreise in Ordnung”

The location was good – the room offered a spectacular sea view. We used it as a stop‑over hotel. The property has some charm. The room had a fireplace (we didn’t use it at 40 °C). The bathroom probably had been renovated and was functionally fine. There was a nice small pool area. The smell in the room and lobby was “old”, and the whole hotel felt stuck in a previous era.

“Four nights without decent sleep”

The views are spectacular. The rooms lack sound and vibration insulation, so when a room below or adjacent has movement (just normal walking), the sound and motion travel into the surrounding rooms. Our bed would shake from 12 am to 1:30 am until people settled down for the night, making it impossible for us to sleep. Amenities are rudimentary, at best.

“Don’t go”

The only thing that stood out was the barman and the view from the room. Carrying luggage up the stairs and across the pool area was impossible without any help from the staff, which made the service feel extremely poor. I can’t believe this is a Hyatt, especially since the spa is just a hot tub and half the bar was shut. The price was high compared to what I actually received.
