“Nice little spot”
The staff were friendly, the place is central and quiet, and it’s walkable to the Danube. It feels a bit rustic for the price.
The owners were very kind and attentive. There was nothing else to note.
“Akinek fontos a belváros közelsége annak pár napra ár érték arányban a felsorolt hiányosságokat fig”
Being close to the city center was a plus. The room was small and didn’t allow me to pack into the hanging wardrobe. The road for cars was so close that at night it felt like a speed‑race was happening.
“Good, but make sure you know what you are booking 😁”
Anyone who has read any of my reviews knows that parking for my motorcycle is number one!! Parking here was fantastic, secure behind locked gates for which I had a key. The owner was so helpful, as were other staff members. WiFi was great and breakfast simple but adequate. Loved the location and the hotel is like a little oasis with the rooms surrounding a beautiful courtyard where breakfast was served. My room had a window overlooking part of the courtyard but there are rooms with balconies above the courtyard. If I stayed again, or for a longer time I would try to book one of those. I was only booked in for one night but thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would stay again. The following points are for people with mobility issues/limitations or are very tall. My room was on the second floor. It was a sort of attic room. The bathroom had a slanting roof (above the bath)and consisted of a washhand basin, toilet and a bath with shower attachment so it was necessary to actually get into the bath and sit down before you were able to have a shower. Also the toilet pan was loose, needs resecured to the floor. Something to be aware of when choosing your room. Fine for me but wanted to point out some of the things to keep in mind when booking
There was a great parking spot for our bicycles.
