“Hotel ótimo e quarto ruim”

The hotel itself was fine, but the room was unclean, smelled moldy, the wardrobe door was broken, and there were very few toiletries.

The front desk was courteous. I didn’t realize the hotel had private rooms that could be booked, and that wasn’t clear. The bedroom was awful.

The location, without doubt, is a differentiator. Highlighting the attentive and competent staff. The way the accommodation is presented is unclear; it wasn’t obvious that it would be by Host, not the hotel itself. More clarity is needed!

“A pior escolha de acomodação nos ultimos tempos, a gente não acerta sempre, desta vez foi ruim”

The bed was good. The reservation was duplicated; after a lot of conversation, I discovered it wasn’t a room at Mercure but a third‑party option. The offered room was very old, with an outdated TV without connection, dirty and stained furniture (sofa and chairs), and very old, poorly maintained kitchen utensils.
