The service and cleanliness were excellent, but the washer and dryer didn’t work.

I have to say, the hotel itself was nice, but the way they handled my deposit was a real issue. I was told about the deposit before I booked the room, which was fine, but then I didn't get it back until after I left. It's not a huge deal, but it's just one of those things that left a bad taste in my mouth.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was great, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the price was very reasonable. I couldn't have asked for more.
