The food was solid, but almost every staff member didn’t speak German, which made communication a bit of a hassle. After a sauna session I tried to unwind in the quiet zone, yet the kids at the pool were shrieking for hours, so I couldn’t get any peace.

The front desk was super friendly and helpful, and the rest of the team was nice too, though sometimes a bit unprofessional. The place itself doesn’t sparkle – it felt lacking in warmth and coziness for a relaxing wellness getaway. The spa had all the usual amenities, but the space was cramped and some equipment looked worn. For a 4‑star price, I expected a richer experience, so the value felt a bit off.
