Check‑in was quick and the spa was great, but the rooms were old and the plumbing was moldy. In the Deluxe room the duvet was torn and there was no replacement; the toilet paper ran out after half a roll and there was no spare, which would be a problem if you had diarrhea. The balcony had nothing—no chairs or table, it was tiny. The hallway was dirty. The breakfast was Asian, plentiful but tasteless. Only Vietnamese guests stayed there, apparently buying the hotel with coupons. They were very loud, constantly shouting in the corridors. This is a very bad hotel.
