Rooms were clean and well maintained. No food service, coffee served in package covers.

Location is very good for people who are visiting for Venkateshwara darshan. Hotel was clean, decent room for a couple. Parking availability and staff were friendly. Pillows were very hard. I believe even if the guest are staying there for 2-3 days, the bedsheets should be changed every day or at least every alternative day. 1 water bottle for a could is far too less. Drinking water is a must in Tirupati's weather. Should provide more water bottles or keep a water dispenser in the lobby for people to fetch water in their own bottles
