Localização, estrutura para crianças. Falta manutenção, havia um elevador com o display quebrado no chamador, aspecto de hotel velho, café da manhã tem poucas frutas, um funcionário no checkin fez um erro de cálculo do valor total da estadia, falta de organização dos carros que ficam na frente do hotel, gerando demoras e as vezes não sendo possível estacionar, o preço não condiz com o estado do hotel e todos estes problemas

Nothing positive. The environment was dirty, the bathroom had no ventilation and smelled bad, and it took a long time to restock breakfast items. Nothing positive.
