Everyone in all areas was friendly and helpful, the room and bathroom were spotless, about a 15‑minute walk to the bus station, and the breakfast buffet was rich and tasty. My room (106) was a bit noisy from the street side; the receptionist at check‑in was very friendly but seemed a little unprofessional. The biggest criticism: as a frequent traveler, I have to say this hotel has the slowest elevator of any place I’ve visited!

I liked that there was a Migros next to the hotel; that was nice because I’m a big fan of Migros. I had a different idea of Sakarya Hendek; it’s a very small place and not nice.

The room was spacious and the breakfast was great. However, there was a huge issue with the bill - it was way higher than what I was quoted, and it was charged to my credit card. That was a major disappointment.

The hotel itself was nice, but the room had a pretty strong toilet smell. The breakfast wasn't bad, but it could've been better. They had some nice touches, but the stinky room was a bit of a letdown.
