The spot is great—near the center but away from the chaos. Breakfast was excellent, with homemade pies and donuts. The triple room was large, the bathroom was spacious, and the rectangular shower was very convenient. The room faced the inner garden, so the sleep was great. The staff were very kind, cleaning was superb, and the price‑quality ratio was excellent.

The location and transport were generally very convenient; Rome’s public transport, both metro and bus, is well developed and the hotel is close to Termini. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and I think it offers great value for the price. The staff were attentive, friendly, and meticulous. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. The only thing I didn’t understand was the request to leave the room key at the front desk when checking out; I couldn’t grasp the reason, perhaps they have a policy to guard against lost keys.

The price‑quality ratio is good, the facilities are clean, the staff are friendly and attentive, and it’s a nice place to stay a few days and explore Rome; I stayed for 4 nights. The included breakfast was quite modest, with no protein; I only had coffee and a cookie a couple of times.

“Exceeded expectations”

Room 114 was unexpectedly large, with a big bathroom. The air‑conditioner worked well and was quiet. The hotel was recently refurbished and very clean. The staff were nice and helpful. It’s within walking distance (if you like walking) of Termini, Barberini, and the Spanish Steps, and only five minutes from the Borghese park. The 24‑hour reception was important for us, as we arrived at 3 a.m. The breakfast had no cooked items—croissants, cakes, corn flakes, toast, jam, juice, coffee, tea—but that’s Italy, where breakfast isn’t a thing. They use traditional room keys and are afraid you might run off with one, so you can’t leave until you’ve returned the key to reception. At some point they might want to invest in a modern key‑card system.
