Elegant rooms with flat-screen TVs and tea-and-coffee facilities overlook the 9-hole golf course. Amenities include a restaurant, bar, pro shop, banquet hall, chapel, and spa. The estate offers free parking, and activities like fishing, hiking, and cycling are nearby, with Bloukrans Bridge a 50-minute drive away.

Neat and clean, but the TV was broken and there were no plates in the kitchen.

The views and surroundings are nice, the equipment and services are complete, and the staff is attentive, but the access by an 8km dirt road is a drawback.

The property is okay but feels overrated; it’s too simple for its high ratings. The location offers little, and when we arrived the house was not even lit up—it was just dark! There’s no air conditioning, and the Braai chimney made the house freezing cold. The house is separated by a door from the next room, and that door isn’t sound‑proof. Only one small heater is available, no wood is provided, and the gravel road after the dissatisfaction is a bit annoying.

The position with a view of the ocean is spectacular, but it was very cold in July and there is no heating system.
