The location was good, but the mattresses were very uncomfortable.

First we’re not sure it is even open. We arrived to the location and went exactly where it says it is, but the place was all closed up and no one around to let us in. We ended up leaving without staying. Now I’m trying to get refunded for our room and being told that I need to do it , but it doesn’t seem to get you the option of canceling. You’re only able to reschedule

The bed is comfortable, the bathroom and linens are clean, and the place is very well located a few blocks from the main square. The entrance is independent. The people who run the place are very friendly. The floor and closet had a lot of dust. The internet is extremely slow or has no signal at all. At night it can be very noisy from tour buses and nearby bars, but that doesn’t stop you from sleeping. The bathroom details and the air conditioning didn’t cool much.
