The breakfasts were magnificent, varied, and offered a large selection of dishes. The staff were polite, and the room was delightful—clean, spacious, and quiet. The room included an electric kettle, tea, and coffee. However, the television lacked enough English‑language channels.

The hotel is beautifully situated on the Vistula, close to the Old Town. It feels intimate with friendly service. The spa area is worth recommending, the breakfasts are tasty and varied, and the beds are comfortable.
