We had such a lovely experience! The staff were absolutely amazing — so warm, friendly and welcoming, which made our stay feel extra special. The food was delicious, and everything we tried was full of flavour. Breakfast was a particular highlight and such a lovely way to start the day. Thank you to all the staff for making our experience so enjoyable. We would happily come back again! ❤️. No complaints at all

The place felt cozy and spotless, and the staff were friendly. The view from my room was amazing. The only hiccup was that at first I couldn't find anyone and ended up walking into someone else's room by mistake.

We got the check‑in details before arriving. The Bay Rooms are next door, so we checked in at the Glenisle Hotel. The receptionist was very friendly, showed us where to park (off‑road parking is directly behind the Bay Rooms), and escorted us to our sea‑facing room. The room was clean, well decorated, and came with free toiletries, tea, coffee, and biscuits. It offered plenty of storage and hanging space, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a bit small and initially looked a little dated, but the electric shower was new and worked great. We left the window open at night; even though the road was right outside, we slept well. Wi‑Fi was reliable. The view from the bedroom window was stunning, and we even spotted an otter playing in the bay in the morning. Breakfast was included, and the staff were again very friendly and proud of their work. The breakfast was excellent in quality and presentation. For the location and breakfast, the price was an incredible value. I would definitely stay again. Nothing to dislike – everything was perfect.
