“Comfortable and great priced room”

We were welcomed by the Manager, who offered to help with our luggage, which was a nice touch. The room was very comfortable and clean, and I’d definitely return. I did point out a few small issues: there was only shower gel, no hand soap, the pillows were a bit soft (though we could have asked for different ones), and a box of tissues was missing. These are minor details that could be improved.

The room was very comfortable. The only downside was stepping into the bathroom.

“I would give the property 8 stars if the things I mentioned were fixed and or replaced.”

The location was good and the beds were clean. However, the property was in general disrepair: the sliding security door was broken, kitchen cupboards were falling off, the lounge smelled putrid, and the floors needed mopping.

Soundproofing was inadequate; you could hear even the slightest sounds from your neighbors.

“Would not recommended”

Parking right in front of the room was convenient. The room itself was not clean—photos show it was very untidy. The toilet wasn’t mouldy, but it wasn’t clean at all; the shower was broken, and there was no toilet paper.
