Pousada do Sol

“Não encaixou no custo benéfico, melhor pagar um pouco mais para ter uma melhor receptividade.”

The location is very easy to access, there’s a nice laser area even though we didn’t use it, it’s well‑tree‑lined and the climate is pleasant. The room is simple but very cozy. The stay was pleasant, but the breakfast was disappointing. We found the options very basic—just bread, eggs, cake, and cheese—and at check‑in we felt a certain reluctance from the staff’s service.

The food was good. The beds were bad. There were a lot of mosquitoes. The air conditioner didn’t work properly, and there were gaps in the door that let the mosquitoes in.

“Nunca mais”

Unfortunately nothing. There is no parking, even though the listing says there is. Cars park on the street outside the lodge; the air conditioner didn’t cool; Wi‑Fi was extremely weak. Because of that, it was impossible to stream anything on the Smart TV or connect a phone to the network; the outlet on the right side of the bed didn’t work; there was a lot, but a lot of mosquitoes. They should have provided at least one electric repellent to keep them away; a pagode that ran until dawn, open to the public, is bad for those who come to the lodge to rest; because of the mosquitoes and the pagode, my wife and I only managed to sleep after 4 am; finally, we asked only for cheese balls to eat, and they were poorly made. They looked crushed.

“Ótimo custo benefício”

The café is basic but well‑crafted, the staff and animals at the inn are friendly and attentive. I felt the inn needed some general maintenance, like fixing the light switch that had a bad contact, the game room, etc. The TV is oddly placed behind the door, but since I only stayed one night it was fine.
