“Short stay in the city to visit family”

The room alone met all my needs for a comfortable stay in Brisbane. The reception staff and everyone else we met were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The bed was comfy and the pillows excellent. Lift access to the rooms is handy for luggage. There’s a café on the ground floor for coffee, breakfast, and lunch as needed. The hotel is a short walk from both Central Station and Roma St; if a hill is a concern, Roma St offers an easier walk, but we didn’t mind the brief climb up Edward St (we’re 70+). The only drawback was the lack of a toaster; although the café downstairs exists, it didn’t offer a simple toast option for breakfast, which is all we ever want.

“Comfoertabke stay, in lovely room with a balcony”

The hotel is close to Brisbane, with a free public bus from the mall to the door, and it’s near hospitals and food outlets. Some sirens could be heard, as it’s in the city, and I would have liked a microwave in the room.

I booked a double room but ended up with two single beds. That mix‑up made it a bit awkward, but otherwise the place was fine.

“Great Location in the heart of Brisbane”

The spot is great—just a short walk to the train station and plenty of shops around. The room itself was super comfy, though I only stayed a night so I can’t say much more.

Construction outside my room ran from 5 am to 5 pm every day, which really messed up my sleep and overall stay.
