The house was spotless and pretty, tucked away in a quiet spot, had everything we needed and the hosts were lovely. We couldn't find anything to complain about.

“Perfect!”

The place is brand‑new and looks amazing. Every room was spotless, roomy and super comfy, and the kitchen had every gadget you could think of. It sits on a dead‑quiet street but is right by the main road and the river, which was perfect. We’d definitely stay again.

We spent a few days at Katerina’s guest house in June 2026 and loved every minute. Nick was a fantastic host—friendly, took care of everything and gave us solid tips on what to see. The villa was spotless, the beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. Outside there was a ping‑pong table, a trampoline, a tidy lawn and a BBQ area, so there was never a dull moment. The village was peaceful, making day trips around the area a breeze. Highly recommend.

Katerina and Nikolay greeted us warmly and their house was spacious and comfy, just a short drive from the Rila Monastery. The spot is quiet by the river, with a big garden where you can just relax. The kitchen was well stocked and they gave us plenty of local tips. We only stayed two nights but could have easily added more.
