Ideally situated 250 metres from Jatiuca Beach, local restaurants, bars and boutiques, Bluemar Hotel is 5 km from Maceió´s centre. Wi-Fi is free. Rooms at Hotel Bluemar have simple furnishings and are equipped with air conditioning, a minibar and cable TV. All have en suite bathrooms. Guests at Bluemar can enjoy a regional breakfast buffet with freshly baked sweet corn bread, seasonal fruits and eggs.

The location was fine, though the rooms were small, which I had already known.

The location and breakfast are the highlights, but the room we received wasn’t the one we booked, and the bathroom cleaning and item presentation were subpar.

The breakfast was fantastic—couscous and tapioca with coalho cheese every day, just ask the staff, who were very helpful. The shower only worked on the hottest or coldest settings; there was no lukewarm option.
