African Footprints Lodge, a traditional thatched farm house, sits amidst a large garden with an outdoor pool and games room featuring a billiard table. The lodge offers free WiFi, rooms with private bathrooms, TVs, and refrigerators, opening onto patios with garden views. Barbecue facilities and a bar are available, with nearby restaurants and shopping centres just a 5-minute drive away, and Johannesburg 25 km away.

The bar fridge was very noisy all night, which kept me from sleeping well.

Breakfast was solid. I wonder if they have backup power for when the electricity goes out.

The bed was comfortable and the English breakfast was nice. It was a shame we had to use the facilities late at night. The price is good for the spot.
