Guest House Navetta

“Für das Preis Leistungsverhältnis leider nicht weiter zu empfehlen”

The restaurant sits directly under the apartments. If you like to sleep in on vacation, this place is unfortunately not suitable. Early in the morning (sometimes before 7:00 am) tables and chairs were moved. They were not lifted but dragged over the floor. Overall it was very noisy. When a neighboring room was cleaned, a vacuum was wildly used against all furniture early in the morning. There was no peace at all. The rare quiet before 0:00 am did not bother me, but if you’re on vacation you don’t want to be woken by noise every day at 7:00 am or earlier.

“Nie polecam.”

The bedding was clean and the bathroom was okay. The description was not accurate – it was supposed to have a window overlooking the garden, but it faced a busy street and a restaurant. In the kitchen two of three gas burners were broken, and even after asking, a kettle for boiling water was not provided. Apparently the chef did not allow it. There was no way to prepare a meal. The bed consisted of a wooden frame with a mattress attached, all covered by a mattress. It was uncomfortable, uneven, and not suitable for a good night’s sleep.

We spent a wonderful week in this comfortable apartment and were very satisfied! The environment looks as in the photos: clean, bright, air‑conditioned, and surprisingly quiet (I honestly didn’t expect that since it’s above a busy restaurant and we stayed during Ferragosto). The location is great for reaching Valbandon beach or visiting Pola or Fasana. There’s also a convenient supermarket within walking distance.

“Così così”

The location and the size of the apartment are positives. The cleaning and nighttime noises are negatives: my fridge and the neighbors', the toilet flush, and a creaky door.

Nice and big apartment with big bathroom and comfy bed. Free car park. Missing balcony and terrace
