We arrived and were handed a room that wasn’t actually available; it took almost an hour before we could get a different room. Later that day, another couple came who had also booked the same room we had originally been given, so there were three of us sharing one reserved room—completely disorganized. This was a very disappointing way to start the stay, and we ended up paying 40 % more than the other couple for the same room at the same time. None of us who arrived that day received the room we had booked because it was already occupied. The listing said internet was included, but no Wi‑Fi or code was provided anywhere; only after we contacted the staff could we get internet access. This is unacceptable, especially for a short stay where instant answers are expected. We got the impression the place was not well managed from the beginning.
