For a last‑minute booking with a very late check‑in, the owner was extremely friendly and called to confirm the conditions listed on Booking, even though I’m sure things will improve as the project develops. The cleanliness was a highlight, and overall the value for money was excellent.
We stayed for one night and rode a 3‑motorcycle convoy; there’s a safe parking area and a fully accessible kitchen. Rooms were very basic in terms of equipment.

The place has good Wi‑Fi even though the listing says there isn’t any, and a large parking lot. However, heating wasn’t included, the common area had an unpleasant odor and poor hygiene, rooms lacked wardrobes, no towels were provided, we didn’t receive room‑assignment instructions, and there was no way to contact staff by email or phone.
The beds had no fitted sheets, just a mattress protector, and the pillow cases and pillow protectors smelled strong—probably not changed after the guests before us. A heavy channel smell lingered in both the room and the bathroom. Cleaning was lacking, and it wasn’t worth the money; overpriced for what it offers.
