The hotel was magnificent – common areas, room, outdoors, breakfast all perfect; the staff were welcoming and friendly, and the hotel allowed dogs. The village of Barbizon was also superb. Nothing was wrong, everything was perfect, though the dog fee was 25 €, and I would have liked a water bowl or a blanket in the room.

What a wonderful place, the staff were so attentive, the rooms were so chic, Barbizon was so charming. I liked everything.

We loved the welcome, the staff, the décor and the spa; Barbizon made us feel special and the place was magical. The breakfast wasn’t great, and our room had no bath products—no shower gel or body lotion, which was a pity. Also the bathroom was cramped and the nightstands didn’t have enough space for our stuff.
