The location was solid, the staff were helpful, and everything was convenient. The room felt a bit small, but that might just be because I didn’t notice it when booking.

“Great staff, great rooms and very worth it for the price would definitely stay again!”

The place had a charming modern pub vibe and the hotel itself was cute. Food and cocktails were great, rooms had been freshly renovated, and it sat right on the tram line with a short walk to everything you’d need. The showers were unfortunately covered in mould and grime that required a good scrub, and some of the TVs were outdated and didn’t support Netflix.

“I’d stay here again”

The staff were super friendly, polite, and helpful. The hotel was clean and fresh when I arrived, and daily housekeeping was a nice touch. The housekeeping team was friendly and diligent. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept on in a hotel. There’s entertainment downstairs on Friday and Saturday nights for those who like it. My room, 204, faced the street but remained quiet even during those nights. The bar crowd on Friday and Saturday nights was young, lively, and respectful. The garlic prawn pizza was amazing and I highly recommend it even if you’re not staying the night—just order at the bar. The location is right across from the light rail, making public transport easy, and Woolworths Metro is just a short walk around the corner, along with several solid café options.
