The staff were very helpful and the bed was fine, but the bathroom was dirty and some equipment was broken; otherwise it felt like a 5‑star place.

The common area was nice and the double room stayed clean, yet the fridge was too small for the number of guests.

I liked the location, but the room was filthy with hair on the floor, the wool blanket was very old, the bed was awful—wood under the bed broke when I sat on it—and nothing else in the room was good; it really needs improvement.

“Decepção! Quarto sem janela e funcionários mal preparados.”

Nothing good to say. The staff didn’t speak English, the room had no windows, there was a mold smell, only two outlets in the whole room, and the bathroom was dirty. I asked for a better room or at least a window and they promised to change it the next day, but nothing happened. Very disappointing.
