The pool was great, and there was nothing else to note.

Most of the the staff were lovely and very willing to help with any problems…but the problems were not sorted. The air con didn’t work properly and the bed sheets were dirty…the staff were informed and was told it would be sorted…air conditioning still didn’t work and it took 4 attempts to get clean bedding

The place is great because it’s in a solid spot, but the parking is a hassle.

The location is prime, there’s a parking spot, and the breakfast and food were fine, but the staff’s response was slow and insects swarmed the pool—one of them even bit me.

Nothing special at all, and the service was awful: no soup, no towels, and everything else was just bad.
