The hotel looked gorgeous from the outside, just like the pictures. But the bed was a nightmare – a 20‑year‑old mattress that sagged everywhere. We couldn’t get any sleep. Breakfast was a letdown too; I only had a latte, the juice never arrived, and the pastries were stale.
