Great hotel that lets you reach the city center, museums, and the surrounding area (30‑60 minutes by car). Around the hotel it’s quite busy with cars and taxis, but the staff drive the car to the parking spot and bring it back with 24/7 service. The staff don’t speak English very well but are helpful.

Very good, though everything was fine.

Facilities were good, but the neighborhood was a downside.

The location was great and the place was quiet, but the staff weren’t very international.

The hotel comfortably met five‑star standards while staying reasonably priced, and we were given two spacious rooms linked by a connecting door so the kids could have their own space; breakfast was abundant and incredibly fresh, and the staff regularly moved our car for us and retrieved it. The day before we left, they even took my rental to a car wash so I could hand it back clean, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and would choose it again if I ever returned to Gaziantep, although it does sit on a busy road.
