Café Maravilhoso, ambiente organizado e tranquilo, tive uma experiência boa

Parking and breakfast were fine, but the Wi‑Fi was disappointing. I booked the room for just my wife and me, and it turned out to be a bunk bed.

The place is in a great spot, close to everything. The host was a very attentive and polite guy. The hostess, however, was not very sociable, seemed nervous around her kids, and didn't know how to professionally greet guests. She was still finishing up the check‑out when we were 20 minutes late; I was wrong for being late. We were supposed to leave at 12:00, but it was already 12:20 and we were rushing with our stuff. She came into the room, was a bit rude, told us to leave quickly because another guest was arriving, and made a hand gesture like, “you need to leave now.” I understand she needed to clean, but there is a better way to talk to guests.

“Excelente, tranquila e prazerosa.”

Good afternoon, the cleaning was flawless, the breakfast tasty and plentiful. Every item in the room worked well—shower, air conditioning, hair dryer, TV, and the bed was also comfortable. I have nothing to complain about; it exceeded my expectations.
