The room was spacious and nice, but when we booked the check‑in time was listed as 2:00, we arrived at 2:30 and were told it wasn’t ready and would take 15 minutes; in reality it took over 30. We also found both body wash bottles in the sink and tub empty, and we mentioned it to the front desk when checking out.
