The hotel was pleasant, and while the location is a matter of taste, we liked it being opposite a shopping centre.

“Perfect hotel voor doorreis, lekker ontbijt en een zwembad erbij.”

We’re back for the second time at this place. The reception staff were very friendly and spoke good English. The room was clean, the bathroom tidy, and it came with shampoo and shower gel. The extra bed (a sofa bed?) slept well and the mattress was comfortable. The pool was great if you’re just passing through. In the large garden you can still play some outdoor games. Breakfast was tasty and there was a variety of options. Parking was spacious and there were plenty of nearby eating spots. We didn’t find anything that disappointed us; maybe the breakfast gets a bit crowded when it’s busy, but we’re on holiday, so we’re fine with that.

When I arrived, the front desk staff told me that the pool season had ended. I still managed to use it. What bothered me was that this wasn’t mentioned during booking, even though I chose this hotel specifically for the pool.

The staff were very nice, the location was good for the motorway, and the breakfast was good. The room felt a bit stale and dated; it was okay but overpriced.
