The location inside a shopping centre makes it easy to grab amenities, and the room was cool, but the bathroom shower screen and space were inadequate.

The location and room cleanliness were fine, and self‑check‑in/out was easy, but the room had no ventilation, the windows on the 5th floor wouldn’t open, handles seemed removed, and the air was very stuffy—avoid if you have respiratory concerns.

The hotel sits inside a shopping centre, and the noise was so intense I couldn't sleep; I had to switch to another place. The only bright spot was its location.
