The personnel were very welcoming and pleasant, the location was excellent and quiet; I recommend it.

Everyone was friendly and helpful, even walking me through how to use the onsen pass and book the indoor baths at check‑in, which I really appreciated.

Five of us were hosted for 1 night in yuyado sasakura. We stayed in the family double room. Both the staff and the facilities were top notch, we particularly enjoyed the connecting restaurant next door. We were served by a very helpful waiter who spoke great English and was also happy to help practice Japanese. They provided a pass for the onsens in kinosaki town as well as yukata and sandals. We had a great time staying and would come back in the future. Nothing in particular

I loved staying at this charming, ancient riokan, though it was a bit pricey.
