The valet parking and hotel parking are unsafe and unreliable; my spare tire was stolen, and on departure no one handed me the car, forcing me to walk to the lot where many construction workers are, in unsafe streets. The elevator didn’t work, supposedly due to rain.

The location is excellent, but the reception staff’s service is lacking.

The facilities are very comfortable, the staff treated us well, and the location is central. Nothing negative, everything was excellent.
