Mamaia is linear. Bulevardul Mamaia runs the entire eight-kilometer length from south to north. Walking end-to-end takes well over an hour, so public buses or rideshare apps are necessary for longer trips. Summer traffic jams often grind main-road movement to a halt during peak afternoon hours.
