The room exceeded my expectations. Clean, with a very spacious bathroom. The linens in the room were visibly clean and fresh. The owner was absolutely fantastic. I arrived on Saturday, 22 August, and the TV wasn’t working. Despite it being Saturday, the owner immediately arranged for a technician to fix the TV. I appreciated the extremely central location, just a few steps from Via Vetulli. I’ll definitely come back.

The room and bathroom were truly large. The location was right in the heart of the city. The owner was very helpful. The only downside was the lack of an outdoor space with a panoramic view.

The property is in the center of Formia, nice and clean. Parking is available and well equipped. The staff is very helpful. The price is average for the period, but the breakfast, priced at €2.50 per person, feels a bit low for the cost of the night. The bed is a little hard but spacious.

The location is very convenient. The train station and port are not far, and a bus stop is just a walk away. The place is a bit dark (ground floor with another building directly across). The only window cannot be opened because it lacks a curtain and you can see everything. Since it’s a room‑share, there’s no housekeeping service, which is fair. However, for garbage you have to go out like a thief and throw it daily in the street bins, which are not suitable for this use and you risk a fine. A simple notice with the garbage pickup days that each municipality provides would suffice.

The location was great. Nothing else to mention.
