The spot in the medina was great. The bedding was bad (especially the third bed), the room wasn’t clean, hair was on the bathmat, the toilet flush leaked, the shower head had no pressure and everything was old. The rooftop was disappointing: the jacuzzi was broken, cleanliness needed work, it didn’t match the photos. The breakfast wasn’t really continental, just mediocre. A tarp covered the skylight in the riad.

The staff guided us quickly and I felt welcome. Honestly, the arrival was rough; it had nothing to do with the accommodation, but the location confused me a bit because people were right outside, yet once inside I felt calm.
