The location of this hotel is unbeatable, but the price we paid was way too steep. We found the same room available for 30% less elsewhere, which was a major letdown. To make matters worse, the room service and cleaning were subpar, and the manager, Hirendra Pratap Singh, came across as arrogant and threatening.

The bed sheets were dirty, the floor was filthy, and the bathroom was a mess. To make matters worse, they charged us for bananas and water when we asked for them. The hotel's advertised rooftop terrace was abandoned and in disrepair, with broken furniture and pigeon droppings everywhere. It was like they'd given up on the place altogether.
