“Look no further for an amazing place to stay in the Redding area!”

What a unique place to stay! This spot is truly, REALLY cool—especially for a Hobbit fan. The décor is excellent and the rooms are very comfortable, with a large room and bathroom, a walk‑in shower, and a fully equipped kitchen. The “hobbit” touches everywhere are amazing, especially the circular door frames. Breakfast the next day was delicious. We were only sad that we only had one night. It’s worth driving to Redding to stay here! The only thing that felt a bit off was the overall vibe of “The Shire”!

“The most amazing and unforgettable getaway I have ever had.”

I loved the views, seclusion, quietness, etc. Overall, it was a peaceful getaway. I didn’t find anything I didn’t like, but it would be nice to have little lights along the walking path for people coming back at dusk or dark.

The food was amazing and the bed was so comfortable. It was exactly what my wife and I needed to rest and recharge. Our springtime stay included a sunny day and a rainy day. It felt like being transported into a magical world! I would love to see a bit more development of the immediate outside space around the rooms—more string lights or lanterns. I’m not sure if Hobbits had yard games, but something to get that whimsical outdoor activity vibe, like croquet, bocce, or conkers.

“Fantastic weekend in the Shire”

The breakfast was amazing. You also don’t really appreciate the shire‑like surroundings until you’re there. Very cozy stay.
