The location was the best part of my stay, yet the facility could have been better; the hallway carpet looked bad, the room I stayed in smelled bad with dust and lint on the vents, the shower ceiling had a big square patch indicating a recent repair, the water pressure from the shower head was poor, and I started my day with WiFi issues.

Took all or luggage to the 2nd floor only to find the room had not been cleaned. Haver us another room on the 3rd floor. Difficult to do when you have a handicapped kid. The luggage carts were impossible to maneuver. 1 had rails not attached the other had wheels that wouldn't roll easily. Not a great experience

The amenities were good, but there were ants everywhere, even in the bed. The shower wasn’t clean, and the furniture was old overall.

While the hotel's amenities and location were definite positives, my stay was marred by the constant noise and chaos that seemed to persist all hours of the night. The loud music and yelling were particularly disturbing, and I found myself waiting for gunfire at one point - it was that bad. I'm not sure what the hotel was trying to achieve with this atmosphere, but it certainly didn't make for a restful stay.
