The owner and his daughter welcomed us wonderfully and gave great tips on how to make the most of a short stay in Formia; we were very satisfied with their advice. The building was clean, very pretty and the location perfect – I recommend it to everyone!

The location (Vindicio beach is 200 m away), the room, and the services were all great. Stefano deserves a 12‑out‑of‑10 for his professionalism and friendliness.

The B&B’s location is excellent, with a supermarket downstairs and the sea just a few minutes’ walk away. The bed was covered in wrinkled sheets that looked as if someone had slept there before us. At midnight, when I opened the bed, there was an old bloodstain on the sheets. I texted the host and sent a photo, but I didn’t receive a reply until the next day, and I chose to sleep on those sheets anyway. The bathroom is outside the room; you must walk through a common corridor, but a key is given to you. They provide a hair dryer, but it lacks a Schuko adapter, so you can’t use it in the bathroom. To dry my hair, I had to unplug the minibar power in the room, and because the outlet didn’t stay on, my husband had to press the plug and the hair dryer to make it work. I reported all of this to the person who was there for breakfast that morning; she seemed more concerned that other guests would hear my complaints than that they would be addressed, and she expressed regret for the inconveniences we experienced. Another issue: the outdoor lounge chairs on the terrace were covered in cobwebs and dusty, indicating they’re not cleaned every time a guest leaves.

Ospitalità al Top. Stefano ci ha accolti con premura, attenzione e cordialità. La soluzione è comoda per raggiungere servizi e spiaggia, il parcheggio è proprio sotto il b&b ed è perciò comodo e controllato. La camera (la nostra era la Ischia) davvero spaziosa, ariosa e riservata. Non manca nulla, hai la sensazione che sia proprio casa tua.con quel panorama poi. incantevole. Uno dei punti di forza sicuramente il terrazzo con la doccia esterna (di livello superiore). Con noi c'era anche il cagnolino che ha apprezzato da subito l'aria e la grandezza della camera. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Grazie di tutto
