You can see the lake from here, and the S-Bahn is just 2 minutes away. The staff are friendly and helpful. No complaints.

The place is superb: quiet, unbeatable lake view, and excellent public transport links. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet is very good. The mattresses were okay, but the feather‑bed duvets belong in a 4‑star hotel of the past; they’re simply outdated.

The location is in a lovely neighborhood: forests, lakes, and hardly any car traffic. The S‑Bahn, regional trains, and city buses are 100 m away. Half an hour gets you to the heart of Berlin, ten minutes to Potsdam. Public transport runs at night too 👍🏻 The breakfast is extensive with plenty of choices. In the evenings foxes wander the neighborhood 🦊 The hallway is cluttered and dirty, apparently they’re renovating. The breakfast room is very crowded, and there’s only one coffee machine. In the second breakfast room the lights were off and no staff knew how to turn them on; it took a whole day to find the switch… The bar was closed, the reception sells drinks but you can only drink them in your room because they apparently don’t have a license (?)
