Nothing positive. The elevator was broken, and when I checked in, no front desk staff answered my call for about 15 minutes. The manager then said they’d sort out a room for us, and I didn’t get to check in until 3:40 even though my arrival was at 3. The keys I received didn’t work, and there were roaches on the walls—couldn’t sleep. I checked out at 8 am and had to leave the key cards under the reception window. Totally awful stay.

I really enjoyed the WoodSpring Suites and wanted to stay there longer, lol. Everything was perfect.
