“Gerne wieder!”
Parking was right at the entrance. We skipped breakfast because we met friends at McDonald’s. The inn is outside the city but Tram 11, 71, and several buses get you quickly downtown or to various hubs, and the Schwechat motorway junction and the airport are easily reachable.
Wir waren eine Nacht in der Pension. Zum Ernst Happel Stadion nur ca. 1/2 Stunde mit der Straßenbahn hin, beim Heim fahren braucht man länger. Die Pension ist neu renoviert, alles total sauber, Frühstück perfekt (sogar Filterkaffee😁). 10/10 Punkte👏👏👏.

What stood out was the on‑site parking and the easy access to public transport.

The hotel sits on the edge of the Danube, yet getting to the city center is easy by car or public transport. Right in front of the building is the last tram stop that goes straight into the center. Parking for guests is free, but you can also park in the Ottakring parking house for 4.80 € per day and then walk just 25 m to the metro. The rooms are a bit older but are kept in good condition and clean; the bed is comfortable. The self‑serve breakfast is fresh and tasty. The staff are very friendly, relaxed and helpful, and overall the price is good for the stay. The only downside is that there is a prison nearby, but it doesn’t feel dangerous.
