The waiters at the restaurant were enthusiastic and the housekeeping staff were excellent. However, the front desk felt unprofessional; I had to wait five minutes while the clerk was on a phone call and no apology or courtesy was offered. The Luxor pier is located far out in the suburbs, making taxi rides very inconvenient.

The service was great 👍, the room was clean, the food was tasty, and the cruise was relaxing and comfortable. Before booking, I couldn't get in touch at all, which left me confused and unanswered. The cruise boarding location in Aswan was incorrect; it was actually opposite the Aswan City Max hotel.

The experience and service, especially the maître d’hôtel, were commendable. The pool water was too cold, there was no iron, and note that the quay for Luxor is not in the city but a 15‑minute taxi ride away.
